XUP reverse peck deck - exercise for upper back

The reverse peck deck strengthens the upper back muscles effectively and across the shoulder joint. In particular, this exercise is useful if you have a round back and your shoulders are forward.

While exercising keep your head, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles in one line. Do the exhale when your arms are moving backward.
