XUP shoulder press - workout for front and middle heads of the deltoid muscle

This exercise is effective for strengthening the shoulders. Specifically the anterior and especially the middle head of the deltoid muscle. The uniqueness lies in the position of the torso, when you exercise the back core, lower back and hamstrings as well.
