How to shape your glutes, hips and thighs in 10 minutes with XUP

A simple answer is a regular and well-targeted exercise. You have a very wide variety of effective exercises with XUpTrainer. This article relates to the training video "Shape Butt, Hips and Legs". I recommend to watch the whole video first. Then prepare the mat, set the XUP according to the instructions in the video and directly exercise with the training video.

Instructions for exercise of butt, hips and thighs with XUP

1st and 2nd exercise in the video - When you do sideplank, try to keep your body in one straight line, in other words - the head is in the extension of the torso and the chin is holding the right angle with the neck, the shoulders are pulled back, the pelvis is slightly pulled, shoulders , hips and knees are in a line. Pull your toes to your shins in every exercises.

3rd exercise in the video - Avoid moving your upper body forward when your arms bend. You should hold your body above the same place and move it only up and down.
